First off: HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAUREN!!!! My one and only lovely sister turns the big 3-0 today!
So I've had an INSANE end to me week! For the last few weeks I've been working on putting a 30th birthday video together for my sister because I knew there was no way I was getting to LA this year because flights were over $400! Thursday night I reached out to my friend Jackie in regards to Lauren's birthday video. She asked me if I wanted to use some of her sky miles to get me a flight to LA. I MEAN HOW AMAZINGGGGGG is she? I found out around 10:30pm that I was booked on a flight to LA on Friday at 3pm. UMMM let's just say I got zero sleep because I was so excited for the surprise AND I had to pack do laundry, visit my Mom for birthday all in just a few short hours.
Let me say, it was ALL worth it though. No matter how tired I was, the look on my sister's face when she opened the door and saw me was PRICELESS!!!!!!!!
Last night we went to the AMAZING Edison, http://www.edisondowntown.com/. If you live or ever visit LA it is DEF worth a visit. We had an awesome time and I had so much fun celebrating.
